Welcome to Kaymart Logistics. By using our services, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Use of Service

Kaymart Logistics provides shipping, freight, and delivery services for customers locally and internationally. By shipping with us, you agree to comply with all company policies outlined below.

2. Customer Responsibility

Customers must provide accurate and complete shipping information at all times.

Each package must include the customer’s unique code (SPBK) to ensure proper identification and delivery.

Failure to provide correct details may result in delays or additional charges.

3. Package Identification (Required Code)

All packages must be labeled with your unique code: SPBK.

If your package does not have your unique code (SPBK), a processing fee will be applied to identify and assign the package correctly.

Kaymart Logistics is not responsible for delays caused by missing or incorrect codes.

4. Storage Policy

Customers are required to collect their packages in a timely manner.

Any package left uncollected for more than 7 days will incur a storage fee of $150 JMD per day.

Storage fees must be paid before the package is released.

5. Shipping Fees

All shipping charges must be paid in full before delivery or collection.

Prices are subject to change without prior notice.

6. Prohibited Items

Kaymart Logistics does not accept or transport illegal, hazardous, or restricted items. Any such items will be refused or reported to the relevant authorities.

7. Liability

Kaymart Logistics is not responsible for:

Delays caused by customs, weather, or third-party carriers

Improper packaging by the sender

Claims for damaged or lost items must be reported within 24 hours of receipt.

8. Abandoned Packages

Packages left uncollected for an extended period (30 days or more) may be considered abandoned.

Kaymart Logistics reserves the right to dispose of or auction such items to recover outstanding fees.

9. Agreement

By using Kaymart Logistics services, you acknowledge and agree to these Terms and Conditions.
